the Three Little Pigs, An Architectural Tale by Steven Guarnaccia was shown to me a very happy architect who happend to be buying it in the bookshop I had just started working at called Under the Greenwood Tree. This is the best updated classic I have come across. Who would have thought architect Frank Lloyd Wright would make such a good pig?
Rather than building their houses out of straw, sticks and bricks these metropolitan pigs being architects themselves, Frank Lloyd Wright, Philip Johnson and Frank Gehry, build there houses in a slightly different way. Not only that but they decorate their houses with iconic furniture designs too. It adds a wonderful flavour to a brilliant story and dare I say it makes it much better. Keep an eye out for more here www.stevenguarnaccia.com

Oh, and I didn't even mention the Wolf's turtle neck.
