I have recently mentioned Jon Klassen on here, but a week goes around and I have to mention him again. Ah, this book was a complete blummin surprise, a ridiculous story that made the mundane so funny. And it is beautiful, his illustrations are the most complete I have ever seen. This book follows a bear who has lost his red hat and that is all. Has someone stolen it? Has it been lost? Will he travel to the end of the earth to find it? No, he will look to the left the right, ask a few characters and end. It succeeds beyond success in portraying a boring reality in an amusing way.
